Log into your Baroque Galleria account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original branded packaging and include the completed return form along with your original receipt to ensure smooth processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives your return, we will perform a quality inspection; approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
